As the illustration above shows, there are four basic personality styles
| The "D" style is Task-oriented and Outgoing. The "I" style is People-oriented and Outgoing. The "S" style is People-oriented and Reserved. The "C" style is Task-oriented and Reserved. |
The interpretation of the DISC model does not assume that every person can be pigeon-holed
into one of these four styles. We understand that every individual has a unique
personality which consists of a "blend" of all four basic styles.
